Dianne Weaver was born in Kansas City, Missouri and graduated from the University of Kansas in 1967 and from Indiana University School of Law in 1970. Following law school until 1972 she was a law clerk for Federal Judge Peter Fay in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. After years of successful practice with her husband, Ben, as Weaver & Weaver, P.A., in 1996 they both became Of Counsel to the law firm of Krupnick, Campbell, Malone, Roselli, Buser, Slama & Hancock. In 2001, they moved to Jacksonville and were principals in Harrell & Harrell, P.A. through April, 2010. At that time, they formed their new firm of Weaver & Weaver, P.A. located in Jacksonville, Florida.
