Jason Bouton MS ATC CSCS PES CMS
Jason has over 20 years experience as an athletic trainer and strength coach and has spent the last 16 years at the secondary school level. He is an adjunct faculty member at a local college where he teaches in the athletic training program.
Among his achievements, he is the founding chair of his leagues' athletic training organization and is a currently the District 4 representative for the NEPSAC Sports Medicine Advisory Committee. Through his work at his current school Jason was able to implement ImPACT baseline testing program in 2003 and start a Brain Mapping (qEEG) pilot program for concussion baseline testing in 2015. He was also responsible for bringing his school into full compliance with the Korey Stringer Institute guidelines for heat illness prevention many years before his home state adopted them.
Jason was the Connecticut Athletic Trainers Association's Secondary School Athletic Trainer of the year award in 2014.
Jason hold a B.S. from Southern Connecticut State University in Athletic Training and an MS from California University at Pennsylvania in Exersice Science
